Very uncommon is the chrome ring around the frame counter on the camera pictured at the top of the page. It is presumably a prototype and not an early production model. See next page, too.

Choose the Rokkor Lenses ...

Here again, the mystic chrome ring model is shown.

Auto W. Rokkor-HG 1:2.8 f=35mm
This is a very early version with a extraordinarily long focusing grip. Click here for a blow-up.

Tele Rokkor-PG 1:2.8 f=135mm
The early pre-set version. Click here for a blow-up.

Auto Tele Rokkor-QE 1:3.5 f=100mm

Tele Rokkor-QF 1:3.5 f=200mm
Very unusual lens. Similar to the Tele Rokkor-PF 180/2.5, which is shown in early SR-2 user manuals. This is surely not a production lens, and it looks very different to the later Auto Tele Rokkor version. Click here for a blow-up.

Tele Rokkor-QF 1:4 f=25cm
Short-term production lens. Click here for a blow-up.

And again, the chrome ring model shows up.

... for every situation.

Note the lack of the P-Adapter for lenses in Praktica mount (M42).

The polarizing filter has a small edge on the front end, so that one can clamp on the lens shade.

Be sure not to miss the scan of a similar SR-2 brochure on Antony Hands Rokkorfiles. While the cover looks very similar, the content is completely different - and includes some very nice oddities!

The film pressure plate identifies the pictured camera as the early model with chrome DIN/ASA conversion dial on the back of the film door. The later model with black dial has a chrome screw there.

This double page is the inside of a fold-out, with page 8 beeing the inside of the back cover and page 9 beeing the other side of page 7. So, if you are looking at page 6/7, you can expand page 7 and see this map.
